Learned the first six steps of the European facial massage in Cosmetology II and my hands are obsessed: gentle cleansing, lymphatic drainage, long effleurage, nourishing petrissage, lively tapotement, and the soothing finishing strokes. These moves lift, de-puff, and amp product absorption—perfect for facials that feel as good as they look. 💆♀️🌿

Hooked by a real-life reminder: Last Friday our seniors experienced the Prom Promise at the Appalachian Fairgrounds — local ER teams staged realistic scenes showing what can happen after risky prom-night choices. Emotional, unforgettable, and a strong call to choose safety. 🎓✨🚑
