The Daniel Boone High School Athletic Department proudly recognizes Coach Jeremy Jenkins for his outstanding career and unwavering commitment to student-athletes, the game of football, and the Daniel Boone community.

Coach Jenkins served as the head football coach at Sullivan South High School before joining Daniel Boone High School in 2004. Throughout his coaching career, he built successful programs grounded in hard work, discipline, accountability, and a genuine commitment to developing young men of character.

At Daniel Boone, Coach Jenkins compiled a 106–80 overall record, leading the Trailblazers to numerous postseason appearances and memorable seasons. Combined with his time as head coach at Sullivan South, he finished his career with an impressive 135–108 record, surpassing the milestone of 100 career victories.

While those accomplishments speak to his success on the field, they only tell part of his story.

On a personal note, Jeremy is much more than a respected coach. He is a trusted friend, a mentor, and a cornerstone of the Daniel Boone family. His influence extends well beyond Friday nights, touching the lives of countless student-athletes, coaches, faculty members, and families. He has always represented Daniel Boone with integrity, humility, and class, and his dedication to our students and our community has left a lasting impact that cannot be measured by wins and losses alone.

Coach Jenkins has helped shape the culture of Daniel Boone Athletics through his leadership, his loyalty to our school, and his unwavering belief in doing things the right way. His legacy will forever be reflected in the young people he has mentored and the relationships he has built over the years.

The Daniel Boone High School Athletic Department extends its deepest gratitude to Coach Jeremy Jenkins for his years of service, friendship, and leadership. We congratulate him on an outstanding coaching career and thank him for the immeasurable impact he has made on our school and community.

Welcome Back
DBHS Carline/Bus Procedures

🚗 Morning Traffic & Drop-Off Rules
Expect heavy and hectic traffic during the first two weeks! Plan to arrive early.
Timing: Doors open at 7:00 AM. The tardy bell rings at 7:45 AM.
Drop-Off Location: All students must be dropped off at the side of the school at the designated sign (see map). Parents please stay in your vehicles and in line during this time.
Do NOT drop off in the front or block parking. Stopping in front causes severe traffic jams. Do not park or block any parking spaces as all are reserved for student drivers, teachers and staff; all of which must have access to their spots upon arrival.
Bus Lane Warning: Do not drive across the front of the school; this area is strictly reserved for buses.
Entry/Exit: Always enter and exit by the guard shack unless you are parking in the front lot. Staff will be outside to guide you

🚗Afternoon Dismissal Procedures
Bus riders will need to report to their assigned bus located on the map to follow. Immediately after the 2:45 PM bell rings, students should report to the front parking lot, locate their bus and leave the premises.
Student Drivers Students should leave promptly and not loiter in the parking lots. Only students who are involved in a sanctioned school activity should be at school after the school day ends.
Car riders should report to the side of the school building where the auxiliary gym is located, they should be picked up no later than 3:15 PM.
Parents/Guardians: when picking up your child, please park in an empty parking space. Please do not create your own parking spot or block others from leaving theirs as it limits visibility and halts the flow of traffic in the lots.
