GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT – PREDICTED WINTER WEATHER – WEEKEND SCHOOL-RELATED ACTIVITIES CANCELED

Due to the predicted winter weather this weekend along with the declared "State of Emergency" for the entire state (all 95 counties) during this time, any/all school activities (athletic and/or extracurricular) are canceled Saturday, January 24, 2026 and Sunday, January 25, 2026. All school facilities will be closed to all activities from Saturday, January 24, 2026 through Sunday, January 25, 2026.

We will evaluate the weather and road conditions on Sunday, January 25, 2026, to determine the status of schools for Monday, January 26, 2026.

An update on the status of schools for Monday, January 26, 2026, will be communicated by/before 5:00 PM on Sunday, January 25, 2026.
