We are so excited for the many awards that students will be getting over the next few days!! We will be having most of our awards on Wednesday, May 20th at various times in the day at either the gym or the little theater. With our front door inaccessible, we will be asking that everyone entering the building for awards on Tuesday, May 19th enter through the gym lobby instead of the back door. On Wednesday, May 20th everyone entering the building for awards or any other reason (dropping off a student or supplies, picking up a student, etc.) will need to enter through the gym lobby. We will not be using the back door on Wednesday, May 20th.
In order to streamline the check-in process for our different grade level award ceremonies, we are offering the opportunity to pre-register through this form to have your name tag printed off ahead of time. Any adult attending the awards' ceremony who has scanned his or her license into our system before is encouraged to fill out this form to allow you to get into the building faster. Any visitors who have not scanned their IDs into our system before or who did not fill out the form will need to scan them that day. Please fill this out by 3:00 Tuesday afternoon and send this form to any relatives who may be attending. Thank you!
