Kindergarten Registration
Please bring what you have to get started, including:
📌 Tennessee Immunization Certificate/Physical Form (dated within 1 year of school entry)
📌 Official Birth Certificate
(TN births without a copy can obtain one at the Washington County Health Department for a small fee)
📌 Proof of Residence (utility bill, etc.)

📅 Thursday, March 5
⏰ 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🌙 Evening Option: 4:00 – 6:00 PM
📅 Monday, May 4
⏰ 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🌙 Evening Option: 4:00 – 6:00 PM
❄️ No registration will be held if schools are closed due to inclement weather.
⏰ Can’t make these dates? Visit your zoned school anytime between 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Register at the Washington County elementary school nearest your home.
Find your zoned school at wcde.org under MYRIDE K-12 – Find Your School Zone.
📍 Schools include:
Boones Creek, Fall Branch, Grandview, Gray, Jonesborough Elementary, Lamar, Ridgeview, South Central, Sulphur Springs, & West View.
