Regional Leadership: Kelli was selected to lead the First Region CLNA (Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment) meeting this fall, driving strategy for CTE programs across Northeast Tennessee.
Higher Ed Partnership: She served as a featured panelist for the ETSU Career Exploration Event (the largest in the region) and was the keynote speaker for the recent TCAT Graduation.
Peer Mentorship: She has established herself as the "go-to" expert for other CTE Directors in the region, elevating the reputation of Washington County Schools as a leader in workforce development.
