The health science department had a student pass away almost two years ago. Her mother wanted to do something in her memory and "Hannah's Grace Closet" was started to help support health science students.

This has been a very successful year for Hannah’s Grace Closet. During this school year, funds donated to Hannah’s Grace Closet were used to purchase clothing items for Daniel Boone High School HOSA, Future Health Professionals, and competitors who went to the Tennessee State Leadership Conference in March. Funds were also used to purchase clothing items, gas for travel to clinical sites, and supplies for the Daniel Boone High School Clinical Internship students to use while at their clinical rotations. They are humbled to receive support from Holston Medical Group, State of Franklin Healthcare Associates, Mark III Employee Benefits, and many other individual donors.
