I grew up in Maryville, Tennessee and attended Heritage High School.  I graduated in 1996 and lived there until I met my husband, Scott.  We were married in August of 1999.  I have lived in Gray ever since!

In December of 2003, I graduated from ETSU with a Bachelors degree in Accounting.  I worked in Accounting for 10 years until I had my sweet baby girls (TWINS!) in March of 2008.  After staying at home with them for 5 years, I went back to ETSU to pursue a Master’s degree in Education.  I am highly qualified to teach Math, Science, Social Studies and ELA in grades 4-8.  In August 2017, I completed my Ed.S degree at Lincoln Memorial University in Leadership. 

 I taught 6th grade Math and Science for 1 year and 7th grade Math and Science for 2 years at Jonesborough Middle School.  I moved to Ridgeview in 2017 and taught 4 years of Math and Science.  Currently, I am back in 7th grade teaching math!!
