Hello and welcome to Hospitality & Tourism and African American History! I am excited about beginning my twelfth year as a Daniel Boone Trailblazer.  I will be your teacher this year and my name is Cassandria "Cassy" Bristol.  After spending my twenty-sixth year in the teaching profession, I am delighted to be co-teaching with one of my best friends, Ms. Cathy Reynolds.  We believe that teaching basic "life skills" is detrimental to you becoming a productive adult. In this class, we believe that learning is fun, we are teammates, friends and, eventually, family.  We encourage, respect and listen to each other. I expect nothing less than your best behavior, a positive attitude and 110% effort. School is like life, it is what you make it, so let's make it fantastic!   ...it will go by faster!
