Hello!

My name is Alex Turner, and I teach science at Asbury Optional High School and TN Virtual Learning Academy. My teaching philosophy prioritizes creating an inviting and inclusive classroom environment by building meaningful relationships with my students. I believe that the content taught within the classroom should be rigorous but presented in an engaging, meaningful, and practical manner. I strive to prepare all of my students to be competitive for university admission and job opportunities after high school.
