Mrs. Sarah Babb

Hello!  I am Mrs. Babb and I teach fourth grade math at Grandview Elementary.  I live in Telford, TN with my husband, David, my seven year old son, Oliver, my four year old son, Kent, and our Chihuahua, Banjo.  I have attended Jonesborough United Methodist Church my entire life and I love my church family.  I enjoy singing in my church choir, camping, hiking, photography, and bluegrass music.   My husband and I were married in January of 2009.  He plays bluegrass music and has traveled around the United States and World playing bluegrass.  He plays upright bass, banjo, mandolin, and guitar.  I love bluegrass music and I have tried to learn to play the fiddle, but I eventually lost hope.

I attended Westview Elementary School for Kindergarten then University School for 1st through 12th grade.  I then moved on to ETSU to receive my Bachelors Degree in Education K-6 in December of 2006 and I received my Masters Degree from Tusculum College in the Summer of 2009.  I started an interim position for teaching Kindergarten at Sulphur Springs School in December of 2006.  The next year I went on to teach 2nd grade at Sulphur Springs.  I moved to Grandview Elementary it’s opening year and have taught Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and now 4th grade math.  This is my 14th year of teaching.

Please contact me if you ever have any questions or concerns.  I am here for your children.
