I have worked for 12 years in Washington County Schools, including Boones Creek Elementary and Ridgeview.  I have two daughters - a senior at Daniel Boone and a student at Tennessee Tech.  We also have two special dogs, Diesel and Dixie, at our house. We have lived in Tennesse for almost 15 years.  My husband and I grew up in Missouri and then lived and worked in Warsaw, Illinois for 9 years.  I graduated from Quincy University and have had the opportunity to work as a reading resource, reading recovery, and SPED interventionist in Illinois and Tennessee.  In my spare time, I enjoy reading, kayaking, hiking, spending time with my family, traveling, and especially enjoy traveling to the beach.  

I love working with my students and enjoy seeing their continued growth and success.  I am excited to start work at the new Boones Creek Elementary School and will work with grades K-2 for the 2019-2020 school year.
