Hi! Welcome to our class webpage! You should know 3 things about me:
I truly love your children like my own. I don't just say that.
I get most excited when students remember things they have learned and apply it to new learning.
Teaching is my passion and it makes me feel complete.
My goal:
To be my very best self every single day so that your child can be his/her best self every day.
How do we accomplish this? I live and breathe my job. It's not just a job though, it's my life. I know that I have the most important job in the world, next to the president. ;) I am always reading, learning, and growing. I will never stop until I get to perfection, which we all know is impossible, right?! I also know that your child is your most cherished gift. I will do whatever it takes to make sure he/she has an AWESOME year. I can promise you that. I will most definitely need your help and support, but I will never, ever, give up until your child reaches his/her full potential. Every student can and WILL be successful.
Most of all, they will have fun! Studies show when children are having fun, they are more actively engaged, which in turn leads to better learning for everyone! I will share my classroom wish list over the course of the year so you can help with room transformations, classroom supplies, our classroom library, and games to enhance a deeper understanding and generate excitement about learning in the classroom.
My belief is that
student success starts from within. They have to believe they can do it,
and they rely on their teacher to show them how to believe in themselves.
