Hello! To help make it easier to get to the Virtual Field Day information, I have added links to all the instructions, items list, parent letter, etc below. Or if you want to scroll down to the next letter, there is a link that takes you straight to the P.E. Department webpage and you can view all these items there as well.
Have fun and make sure to take plenty of pictures! If you do take pics, send them to me on DoJo or email and I will upload them to our WebPage and send them to Coach Fox and Coach Q and they can put them on their webpages as well.
Have a good week!

Update for April 30, 2020
First I want to let you know that I am missing you all so very much! I cannot wait until things get back to normal can you? It seems like FOREVER since we have seen each other. I have enjoyed seeing those of you that come on Tuesday and Thursday at the meal distributions. Our next new set of packets will be ready on May 8th, so come by and grab one for yourself and have fun learning! Also, I have been gathering the ones that have been dropped off as well. You do not have to drop them back off, but just know that if you do that I AM looking at them and enjoying seeing the work you are continuing at home!
I have added a new item at the left of our class page home screen titled " Special Class Fun!". You will find a link to each of the special areas, P.E., Art, Music, and Library here. Your teachers for these areas have added so many fun things for you to do at home during this time to extend learning in their classes as well. Make sure to go there each week to see what is new in those areas. These are things that your whole family can have fun exploring.
Continue to read in our EPIC! Books For Kids App, we have earned at so many levels because of YOU! Also, I am seeing alot of work being done in Splash Math! (Splash Learn!) as well. Keep up the good work! I hope you are remembering that learning is fun!
Cant wait to see you in the fall! I LOVE AND MISS EACH OF YOU SO MUCH!
HUGS and KISSES,
Hello my little Grasshoppers!! :)
I wanted to get on here and do a little BRAGGING about all of you.
As of today, April 21st, YOU have finished 504 books,11 videos, and read 48.9 hours on our EPIC! Books for Kids class page. THAT IS AWESOME!
In support of reaching the 500 books goal, we have earned a new badge for our "Readerpillar". Keep up the good reading and it will be no time at all till we reach the next goal of EPIC! which is 600 books.
I am so proud of each of you and I miss you so much.
"The whole world opened up to me when I learned to read"- Mary McCleod Bethune
Love and miss you!

It feels like forever since we have seen each other and I am missing you so much! I hope you are all having a good time with your families and getting alot of reading and writing done in between all the fun you are having at home. Hopefully, all this will be over and gone soon and we can be back together before we know it! Until then, I have added some new fun things for you to do at home with your family, or by yourself. If you will look to the left of this home page, you will see "Home Learning". Look here to find new and exciting learning games and a few parent tips on teaching from home. As always, if you have any questions or concerns or need ANYTHING please let me know on our class DoJo, or call me! You have my number. :)
I love each of you,
P.S. Don't forget to come to the school on Tuesdays and Thursdays to pick up your meal packs and other goodies we have for you from time to time.
April 13, 2020
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter holiday with your family yesterday! I would love to see some Easter pictures on our Class DoJo if you wouldn't mind sending some! I sure do miss all of you and your sweet hugs. I am just checking in and letting you know that you are doing a great job reading on Epic! Books for Kids, and with your math on Splash Math. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Also, I have attached a fun Camera Hunt link for you to work on with the help of an adult! You can find this to the left under "Camera Treasure Hunt", click on that link and there it is! If you can, i would like to see some of your treasured pictures when you are finished.
Make sure you are still reading at least 20 minutes a day, working on writing, and completing some math along the way. A really good way to get in some writing and science together is to start a Science Journal. I have your journals from school all ready to give to you tomorrow if you come to the school for your food/packet pick up! I would love to see each of you there. Remember, when coming to the pick up please stay in your car and we will have to do an "air hug" and "blow kisses" to each other for now. When we get back to school though, I want one of your good hugs!
I love and miss you terribly,
Ms. Greene's Kindergarten Class
