Kindergarten Screening/Registration
A system-wide Kindergarten screening/registration is scheduled for Wednesday February 1, from 9:00 am to 1:30pm and 5:00pm to 6:00pm and February 6, from 9:00 to 1:30 at Grandview. Parents will need to bring a Tennessee Immunization Certificate/Physical form (dated within one year prior to the time the child will enter school) ∙ Official birth certificate (If the child was born in TN and you don’t have a birth certificate, you may get one at the Washington County Health Department for a small fee.) ∙ Proof of residence address (e.g., utility bill). This is for children who plan to attend school in the fall.

Grandview Traffic Pattern
Car Line AM car line- Please have your child on the right side of the vehicle to exit. This is for the safety of all of our students. Car line doors will close at 8:28, if you have to drop your child off after that they will go through the office. DO NOT PASS other vehicles in the car line. Wait until all cars have loaded/unloaded and follow the vehicle in front of you. Parents, please adhere to the new afternoon traffic pattern for the car line. Go right as you pull out of the parking lot, take an immediate left onto E O Shanks Rd, then enter onto 11E.

Conferences will be Monday, February 13, from 11:00-6:00 pm with lunch from 2:00 - 3:00.

Fabulous Job and Congratulations to the Grandview students, teachers, staff, administrators, families, and community partners for the hard work and team effort resulting in an outstanding school year of academic growth in 2021-2022. Level 5 is the highest score possible.

Instruction to set up your MyPayment Plus Account
Student and Parent Sign In PowerSchool - Stop by the office to sign up for PowerSchool. You must have your ID.
Attendance - doctors or parent excuses.
If your child is absent, you may e-mail the parent excuses to GVattendance@wcde.org or send the note to your child's homeroom teacher. You may still bring them directly to the office.

Transportation

All transportation changes must be sent by parent note to the office. Phone calls for emergency transportation changes must be made by 2:00 pm. For the safety of all students, family members must have a current car tag to pick up students in carline. If you do not have a car tag, you must park, enter the school and sign out your child(ren) in the office.
