Fresh Veggie Mix
1 pound of raw carrots
1 large potato, fresh
2 Tsp water
1/2 tsp margarine
1 tsp brown sugar
Scrub or peel, cut one large carrot, making 1/2 cup. Scrub or peel the potato, slice. Place veggies in a sauce pan and add water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until tender. Pour veggies in a colander and drain. Pour into a bowl and toss with butter and brown sugar.
