Special education teachers are to go through the special education department at the CO for purchase orders.  You may purchase up to $200 of consumable supplies each year for your classroom.  Print out or get a PURCHASE ORDER REQUEST FORM from the special ed. secretary and turn it in to her once you've filled it out.  Do not forget to include all information requested on the form.  This will prevent a delay in you receiving your order.

When you receive your order, it is very important that you send the packing slip / receipt to the special ed. secretary.  (Keep a copy for your records.)
