Teachers of Washington County
QUEST (Washington County Quality Educational Support for Tomorrow) Foundation President James Harlan II  hosted a press conference Wednesday, March 9, at the Washington County Schools central office located at 405 West College Street in Jonesborough. Harlan and the QUEST Foundation board announced and introduced the recipients of the first grants ever awarded by the foundation.
