Daniel Boone High School Technology Student Association

Who We Are… The Technology Student Association (T.S.A.) is the only school sponsored student organization devoted exclusively to the promotion of Technology Engineering Education. T.S.A. is a nonpartisan, nonsectarian association made up of technology students and teachers. Our chapter is located at Daniel Boone High School, Gray, Tennessee. Our Goal… It is our goal as a chapter to effectively advance the Technological and Leadership ambitions of every member wishing to succeed in every aspect of life. What We Do… Our members learn through in-school technology courses, as well as technical and leadership competitions at the Regional, State, and National levels. Other activities have included Congressional visits, Leadership/Teambuilding events, community service activities, and the ever present fundraising efforts. At the 2005 National Conference in Chicago, we were awarded the TSA Chapter Excellence Award. Our students have won numerous trophies throughout the years at the Regional, State and National levels. In the past year we have traveled to Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, Denver, and a variety of local events. In June 2010 we will also be traveling to Baltimore, Maryland to compete in the TSA National Conference.
